Who am I?

Who am I? Well, that’s a deep question and one I think we are always trying to figure out! I want to give you a little information about who I am and why I’m starting this blog. It is not meant to be all about me, but I’m sure you’ll learn more about me as it evolves.

First, I’m intending for this blog to be about a number of things including, but probably not limited to: Real Estate, buying and selling homes, homeowner tips and tricks, market updates, life in Sacramento. I will also share behind the scenes of being a Realtor and how I try to be the best mom, friend, real estate agent and community member I can be!

On a surface level, I am a Sacramento native, a mother of a 5 year old daughter and a Realtor for almost a decade. I went to Sacred Heart Elementary, St. Francis High School and California State University, Sacramento where I earned a BA in Psychology and my Multiple Subject Teaching Credentials. My parents didn’t have much, but they sacrificed a lot to make sure I received the best education available. I have experienced much success in my career; I worked my way into the top 10% of Realtors my very first year in the business and now rank in the top 2% of Realtors. Therefore, I have a quite a bit of experience to share and draw from.

On a deeper level, I am a very reflective person. I believe my purpose in life is to love and be loved. I am kind and generous, open and honest. I try to become better in all areas of my life, every day. My daughter is my world. My childhood was not easy and I suffered through anxiety and depression in my teens and 20s. I believe we go through hard things so we may share with others and help make their suffering a little lighter.

I have moved from hopeless to hopeful. I have grinded from being in debt to obtaining financial stability and working towards financial freedom. I have grown from a new agent to a top producer. I have blossomed from insecure to confident.

Life is a journey and I’m happy to share some of mine with you.
